We want you to feel confident shopping with akesoo®. Due to the nature of health supplements, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility: Only unopened and unused items, in original condition, can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable: Opened products, sale items, promotional bundles, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Defects/Damage: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for an exchange or replacement.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
